In the last three years, Tyler has sold over 250,000 square feet of office condominiums in the West Valley, including the 100% sellout of four West Valley office condominium projects that were delivered to the market after 2005. Tyler currently has over 500,000 square feet of office condominiums listed in the West Valley.

Leasing Experience
Having been involved in over 400 leases, with a total square footage of 2.5 million, Tyler understands the importance of the lease transaction.
