In the last three years, Tyler has sold over 250,000 square feet of office condominiums in the West Valley, including the 100% sellout of four West Valley office condominium projects that were delivered to the market after 2005. Tyler currently has over 500,000 square feet of office condominiums listed in the West Valley.

Having been involved in over 400 leases, with a total square footage of 2.5 million, Tyler understands the importance of the lease transaction. A comprehensive knowledge of the leasing market, the ability to maximize the diverse components of a lease and the proven ability to work with both landlords and tenants have resulted in a solid foundation of valuable experience as it applies to office buildings. This leasing experience leads to established credibility, minimizes the risk inherent in an office lease, and maximizes its overall value. Currently, Tyler has over 400,000 square feet of office space listed for lease.

Drew graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Finance.  After ASU he worked for Merrill Lynch for three years before leaving to attend the Eller College of Business’s MBA program at the University of Arizona.  After graduating with his MBA he began working in commercial real estate; first for ESCEE Commercial Properties as a Sales Associate, and then for Bromont Developments LLC as a Financial Analyst. 

He joined Logan Commercial Advisors to work with Tyler Smith and focuses on the West Valley office market.
